File license

Dear Admin, There is an interesting scenario here in this file: File:Miniminter 2016.jpg. I nominated it for deletion as it was lacking any CC-license. Now I see the uploader has given the archive link of its source, when it was having the CC-license previously. Request you to decide on the file.

Closing the DR

Hey @Lymantria. Hope you are having a good day. Request to please close this DR - Commons:Deletion requests/File:Kick that.jpg. The file seems to be deleted already. I would have done a non administrative closure but I was told not to close any type of DR, even under a clear case.
